More Revenue. Less Work.

THE BUSINESS END > REVENUE SHARING

We Earn When You Earn.

Our revenue sharing model is simple and straightforward. We work with project developers and technology vendors to create and deploy renewable energy, energy storage, carbon capture and sequestration, and carbon dioxide removal solutions.

We make money when our project developers make money helping the property owners that we source to also make more money. We also make money when our technology vendors make more money as a result of us getting their technologies in front of both project developers and property owners.

Benefits for Project Developers and Technology Vendors

There are several benefits to partnering with us and participating in our revenue sharing model, first and foremost our access to a large pool of potential customers who are interested in implementing renewable energy and carbon reduction solutions.

For Project Developers: When you make money, we make money by receiving a share of the revenue you generate through the property owners that you develop projects for. This revenue sharing model incentivizes us to ensure that only the most promising projects are sourced and developed by us, as our earnings are tied to the success of the projects we support.

For Technology Vendors: We not only seek opportunities to distribute the most promising technologies on projects, we also provide technical expertise and assistance with new technology and process development as well as geospatial analyses to identify the best locations for you to market your technology. We receive a share of the revenue from any technology we help you to develop and market, leveraging our network of project developers to broaden your market as well. Our revenue sharing model incentivizes us to work closely with you to ensure that your company's technology is successfully deployed and is quickly generating revenue for all parties involved.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How does revenue sharing work?
A: We work with project developers and technology vendors to provide solutions to commercial and industrial property owners seeking to reduce their energy costs and carbon footprint. When we send a project to a project developer or help a technology vendor to develop a new technology, we receive a share of the revenue generated by that project or technology. This model allows us to align our interests with those of our partners, so we only earn when they earn.

Q: What are the benefits for project developers and technology vendors?
A: By partnering with us, project developers and technology vendors gain access to a network of commercial and industrial property owners seeking energy and carbon solutions. We help them to develop and deploy projects quickly and efficiently, reducing their costs and increasing their revenues. Our revenue sharing model also means that our interests are aligned with those of our partners, so we are highly motivated to help them succeed.

Q: How do you determine the revenue share for each project or technology?
A: The revenue share for each project or technology is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the specific circumstances of the project or technology. Our aim is always to find a fair and equitable share that aligns the interests of all parties involved. We work closely with our partners to ensure that everyone is satisfied with the revenue sharing arrangement before moving forward with any project or technology. Typically for projects we have a 5 to 15% share of gross revenue, and for co-developed technologies we have a 5 to 20% share, paid on a regular basis that is determined by the project timeline and anticipated revenue generation.

Q: What happens if a project does not generate revenue?
A: It would be very rare, as any property owner we send over will have already had an initial assessment done on our end to outline the potential project scope for our project developer partners, which would include an estimated range of revenue that can be expected. If the project is unable to be initiated or completed due to circumstances beyond a project developer's control, then we will not receive any revenue unless we can follow up with the relevant stakeholders and get the project back on track.

Q: How often must I you share revenue with project developers and technology vendors?
A: We share revenue with our partners on a regular basis, which is typically determined by the project timeline and revenue generation.
